Have a "Hoppy" Easter and sign up for Easter Egg My House!

Volunteers from the Berea Chamber of Commerce will hide eggs in the front yard of your home between 8-11pm on Saturday, April 4 in time for the family to wake up to a hassle free egg hunt on Easter morning. Each home will receive a Golden Egg filled with one of a number of special prizes such as gift cards, baskets, kid friendly items from chamber businesses, and even cash prizes! 

Pricing is $1 per egg. Quantities available include:

• 20 eggs
• 25 eggs
• 30 eggs
• 50 eggs
• 100 eggs

The deadline to sign up is Friday, March 27.

The Easter Egg My House project helps support the Berea Chamber of Commerce, a 501(c) non-profit, in our mission to make Berea a better place to live, work, and thrive.

Details:

• You must be a Berea resident to participate
• Eggs will only be hidden in the front yard of your home unless other prior arrangements are made.
• You can sign up your own home or the home of someone else, however the homeowner MUST know that we are coming (i.e. you can't sign someone up as a surprise). This is for the safety of our volunteers so that they are only on the property of someone who is expecting them.
• Children's ages will be collected at sign up to gauge how difficult to make the hunt
• Volunteers may arrive any time between 8-11pm on Saturday, April 4 to hide eggs
• PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT TAKE SPECIAL REQUESTS ON WHAT TIME VOLUNTEERS WILL ARRIVE. BY SIGNING UP, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT VOLUNTEERS CAN COME ANY TIME DURING THE 8-11PM WINDOW.
• It is the responsibility of the parents/family to ensure children don't see volunteers while hiding the eggs (we will do our best to be sneaky!)
• Each home will receive one Golden Egg
• Only available to those with single family homes or townhomes with their own front yard
• Participants will be sent a file to print and place on their front door prior to 8pm on April 4 to help volunteers find your home in the dark (if you do not have access to a printer, you can also make your own "bunny stop here" sign - anything to help volunteers find your home more easily in the dark).
• The Berea Chamber of Commerce is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged eggs
• Winners of Golden Egg prizes that cannot be placed inside the egg itself will receive a coupon indicating what they've won. They must contact the chamber to arrange pick up or drop off of their prize (instructions will be provided).
• Eggs will arrive pre-filled with individually wrapped candy or toys from the manufacturer for safety
