With 13 years of experience at Cuyahoga Community College, Karen serves as the Manager of Adjunct Services at the Metropolitan Campus, an Education Specialist with Aspire, and an adjunct faculty member teaching various business courses. These roles have given her valuable insights into the importance of effective leadership and continuous learning.

Karen's inspiration for starting Legacy Builders Coaching & Consulting came from her experiences in education and her desire to empower others. She recognized a gap in the market for tailored leadership development programs, particularly for small and medium-sized business owners who often face challenges in building strong teams and fostering a positive organizational culture. This realization motivated her to create a business focused on providing leadership training and development services.
