She has a strong passion to assist under-resourced communities and bring awareness of social changes. Her overall mission and goal are to connect people to gainful employment that leads to being economically self-sufficient.

Geraldine Weiser, Executive Director, Client Solutions and Programs

Geraldine is responsible for managing client relationships to support the development of their human capital by means of offering customized talent development services and training for organizations throughout Northeast Ohio. She listens and collaborates with clients to understand their specific goals, business objectives, and the driving force behind their needs in order to offer the best solutions and assemble the right resources.
