Do you love decorating for the holidays? Then help us spread some cheer this holiday season and enter the Let It Glow Holiday Decorating Competition presented by Southwest General Health Center!
Residents and businesses can enter for the chance to win a cash prize, a trophy, recognition on the chamber's website and social media, and most importantly - BRAGGING RIGHTS! If you think you've got what it takes to be the brightest, most creative, and most festive spot in Berea, then register today!
Registration is open through Wednesday, December 7 and homes/businesses must be decorated and ready for voting by Saturday, December 10. A driving map of all the contestants will be posted by the evening of December 10, and the general public will have from December 10-31 to tour all of them and vote for their favorites via an online poll. Voting closes at 11:59pm on December 31. Winners will be contacted on January 2.
There is no cost to enter, so get in the game and help us spread some holiday cheer.
Prizes Include:
- 1st Place - $200
- 2nd Place - $100
- 3rd Place - $50
Winners also get a light battle themed trophy to keep! All winners will be selected by the general public via online poll.
Please note that all submissions will go through an initial review process by a panel of judges and only those selected as finalists will be included in the competition. Interested contestants must submit a photo or video of their display to director@bereachamber.org for the initial round of judging upon signing up for the contest but no later than December 7.
Those selected to be part of the competition will need to send one photo that captures their full display to be used for the online voting platform.
Homes/businesses must be in Berea to participate in the contest.
